As felgall said, there is no 100% sure way of cleaning such lists. I suggest you find a tool that deletes emails from list by a SMTP anwers basis
The MaxProg verification software claims to use a simulated message delivery to verify emails. What are your thoughts regarding this?
Most servers block that - only real emails are allowed through or bounce.
