Hello. I like to use Facebook but not everyday I check my status.

I have 300k+ page, i update 8 -10 post per day. you should post more to get more likes.

Usually I do it twice or sometime thrice a day. <snip>. It’s not important that how many times you post updates on social media important is what you post. Always prefer quality over quantity, because what you are posting is representing your company.

I always try to keep a low profile in order not to spam my facebook friends; or sometimes I make groups and target my posts to those people who cold be interested.
