I never use task managers. I mostly remember what I have going on. But at one of my jobs I do have 13 locations to deal with.
I simply have to finish the same chores at each location. Sometimes locations get completed in different order. So just a template with every store listed. Name of chore on top. Print highlite each location when complete. When no non highlited lines remain I am done.
To me much easier than taking time to update task manager.
