Agreed, I used to use dreamweaver, however I soon realized it is more reliable to actually code from scratch, and test in different browsers. May not be as fast, but more reliable.
Guess I should add a note 
Before the page gets posted, I check it using the actual browsers. LOL, even have a few friends who are nice enough to check mobile friendly sites on their phones.
