oh! yes, i gave wrong information, i get it now, these links can be removed by entering the url(which is not to be expected to show up below SERP) in specified place in webmaster tools

Follow like this:
(Go to your webmaster tool - see under Dashboard - site Appearance - sitelinks and now enter the url which you do not want to see as sitelink) this is called ‘demote the sitelink’

Disavowing is done for inbound links.
