thinking outside of the box a little:
Why you ask? All the photos on here are theoretically free of copy write, or the poster can’t post them. This means you can freely use all images without worry about ownership laws.
Good hey?

The fact that these layer based actions are free in no way detracts from thier excellent usefulness.

TexasPhotoForum.com is great if you are in Texas, and even outsiders are welcome (members from all over the world have joined).
FredMiranda.com has one of the best forums on the net for photography (just don’t put up a picture to be judged/critiqued, they are vicious sharks), and their lens review section is awesome (as is their buy & sell area)
Then there is ShootHouston in my sig, but that’s really only helpful for people in Houston, Texas.
Any good sites that offer good quality free photos for commercial websites?
Fotolia has a few freebies but mostly have to pay

Here’s a brand new stock photo library we’re working on at the moment …
http://www.GlobalEyeImages.com
We’re rebuilding our stock library from scratch so could be interesting for anyone wanting to follow the progress.
The site is a great idea. I will be watching.
{BTW: You need some serious copy-editing work, though. Run-on sentences and spelling mistakes, such as; “…look around whiel we complete hte project, but if you’re looking for quality …”. A bit ironic that the sentence mentioning quality is the culprit.}
I would like to share a link also - here you may find royalty-free stock photos Their price starts from 10 cent/photo They also have a 7 days free trial
