It’s hard to argue with any advice from Branson - he is a machine!
I really agree with his point about exercise and fitness. I wouldn’t say that I’m a model of fitness, but I definitely see the connection! If I had to choose one writer to read about productivity and success, it would have to be Tony Robbins because he does a great job aggregating other writers’ work on the topic.
Exercise and fitness is another one I have to work on. As they say, it does affect your outlook in life. It helps in creating that positive mood all throughout the day. I have yet to experience that. Thanks for stressing that out. Got to check on Tony Robbins too.
i actually look forward to have a nice cup of tea at the morning and then need the newspaper and after that all the rest work starts. but i’m not a successful man so i really glad to know all those things from you guys. thanks.
As early as I hit the office, I just grab some coffee munch some goodies in front of my desk and check the task list… I tried carefully to strictly follow the list though it’s really hard at first. Those task lists helps me to lessen my stress during the day… time management really helps a lot, and at the end of the day… most of the hard task are done…
