2 restaurants websites, almost identical content. Will google penalize?

I am working with a restaurant group who is opening up a second location, and they will have almost the exact same content on both pages below (one for each location). Will google penalize for having duplicate content on both sub-directories?

Did you take a look at Google’s guidelines for duplicate content?

Minimize similar content: If you have many pages that are similar, consider expanding each page or consolidating the pages into one. For instance, if you have a travel site with separate pages for two cities, but the same information on both pages, you could either merge the pages into one page about both cities or you could expand each page to contain unique content about each city.

Actually there is no need of 2 pages (According to Google). And this is template content. Usually Panda hunting down such websites. Only if the websites are targeting different countries, it will work, that two with two country specific domains.
