You are right and I agree that programming is not for everyone, especially at a very young age. My daughter likes it and we have had good times learning it. But I suspect that my younger daughter will not be that interested and I will not try to force it with her. She can decide herself what she likes. They still have time to learn later. Luckily coding (or some form of logical problem solving etc.) is going to be part of the standard curriculum in elementary school starting next year here in Finland.
