Hello all, I had an old domain with PR5. I made a web directory on it few days ago. But its seem nobody want to submit their urls on it 
Can anybody give me some tips how to promote it?
Web directories are a thing of the past—a waste of time, and probably harmful for SEO. “Directory” is a euphemism for “link farm”, which Google and other search engines despise. So that’s probably why no one is bothering to submit anything. You are wasting your time with this, I’m afraid!
Also note, there is no such thing as a PR5 domain.

So now since the page is entirely different it starts over for PR just as any brand new page does.

Page is currently on longer supported by Google.
If you want to increase the submission, submit you website in Vmoption & Directorycritic website.
But trust me Directory Submission is no longer beneficial.
