Adaptive forms (AJAX / PHP / HTML)

Hi,
Does anyone have any good tutorials etc on creating adaptive forms. I.e. When you change the selection of a radio button and it changes the contents of the form itself.

I need to create one but all the tutorials that I search for seem to be a misinterpretation of what I’m looking for (as in adaptive layout widths instead of adaptive content).

So I need this form to effectively adapt depending on the users choices, I have a rough idea what this entails, but don’t really want to re-invent the wheel if possible.

Suggestions?

(thanks in advance).

Quirksmode has a good usable forms library that lets you easily show and hide different parts of forms based on user actions.

If you show us your form requirements, we can help you to get going with that.

Also, if your needs end up being more complex than what is supported by the usable forms script, we can certainly help you out with more extensive needs too.
