Add a tag to MS Word Ribbon in VBA

Hi

I need to know how to add a new tag to MS Word Menu Ribbon using VBA, like “Home” tag or “Insert” tag; I checked for multiple solutions but they were based on XML. I need to do them only using VBA code.
