Add mobile-friendliness testing tool website

How do I add a mobile-friendliness testing tool to a WordPress site, something similar to this one http://mobiletest.me/ (and others)?

I would like my visitors to do mobile tests on my website.

Thanks for the link. I know about the Google mobile test, but what I meant was that I would like the same function but on my website like they have: http://www.studiopress.com/responsive.
