It’s best to give a bit more information about what you want, and perhaps list what you’ve tried / found by all your extensive Googling and other research so far to help us help you better.
You could probably try using Google’s Adwords where your ads would be displayed on sites using google adsense. At the same time you could use various other ad services, one amongst them being facebook’s advertising service which also works the similar way. However google’s adwords are much more effective than facebook’s advertisement plan. Hope this helps you.

Apart from these types of advertising, you’ll need to know a bit more info before you chose on an ad platform. For example, what is your amount of visitors per month? Do you have a budget to start?
I can recommend options according to this.
