Is illustrator is best for draw your imagination or somthing better here ?

Illustrator is useful for logo design, vector graphics etc. It programming is awesome.

Illustrator is good for vector art, but it's not a great painting program. What kind of work do you want to do?

In terms of pure imagination to art , yes . I find it much easier to use then Photoshop . Ofc you must never forget that you can add the best eye candy via Ps after you've done the initial art in Illustrator

I generally use Illustrator to draw the intial object - whatever that maybe - as the vector tools in illustrator are superior. Then I might do some gradient shading / mesh tool work within illustrator as well .
I then import that object into Photoshop so I can use the layer styles which I find superior.
