Hi,
We’re an online clothing retailer. We accept American Express Cards. When we refund an Amex customer for merchandise return, Amex does not refund us the discount fees we pay them for processing the transaction. In similar situations, Visa/MC would return us our fees.
Is this a common practice or is this something that we could negotiate with Amex over?
