how can i create animated gif in Photoshop?

There USED to be a plug-in for that, but natively PS has never had that functionality. Adobe FireWorks is designed specifically of web graphics including : slicing, roll over states and animated gifs. Flash also allows to export a movie as a gif… but that’s kinda overkill.

If you want to create better animation, then, I prefer you to use animation softwares like: Adobe Flash, Synfig, and Pencil2D.
