Has anyone used MediaLayer.com hosting ? How is the service and the uptime ?
They seem to have a good reputation but whether they are the right host for you really depends on your requirements and budget.

There is webhostingstuff - a colection of web hosting reviews. That one is considered as honest one.
I never heard about this hosting service.
