Anybody can help me, If i choose 10 keywords what is the ratio of competition for keywords? what is the percentage of High, medium and low keywords? I think you the internet marketer know the exact ratio to choose keywords. I need the result in 4 to 6 months.
I don’t believe there’s an exact science. If you have a new website, I would start out with low competition keywords (PR 0-2 competition) and then move up to medium (PR 2-4) only when you have locked up some low keyword positions. It doesn’t hurt to target some highly competitive keywords in the beginning but don’t expect to rank for them
If you are referring to the competition tool built in to Google’s Keyword Tool, then this only measures the amount of websites you will be competing with; it does not take their authority into consideration.
This is a great indicator for finding markets that may not be saturated, but you will want to look manually to see who you will be competing with before making any concrete decisions.
