If I was to approach a developer to get a platform similar to Snap Engage [dot] Com developed, what technologies should I be including in my functional spec? I would prefer to approach a developer with as much preparation done as possible. Also, I will need to know what type of developers I should be approaching. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
