Hi guys,
Trying to clear all our Apache errors and when going through logs I can’t figure out this last error message:
[Thu Jun 13 16:24:26 2013] [error] [client #] sh: svn: command not found
Any ideas?

Sounds like someone trying to kick of subversion perhaps in order to do some other damage.
I’d be really concerned that someone is kicking off a shell task from apache though. Unless it was you and you are using SVN on the box.
