hi i was checking this post on array to form

here , looping-through-array-to-fill-form-input-values/4506

and i try to make it fill a form from markers on a map

users place markers on the map , it fill the form, from the markers location,
the rest of the form is filled by the users who have place the markers

form fill back the Info windows on those markers

if you know the things, to have it do that please indicate it,
