Autocomplete - Countries and Flags

Hi

I create metabox in post edit page add text area for description but Im stuck with countries names and flags, I have table inside database with all Countries and flags(img) my problem is that I want to make autocomplete input or something to search country name and automatically choose flag

Is it possible to help me also tell me if you have any alternative ideas how to do this.

What system are you using? I’d either do this with a custom field type or use a channel to store country data then use a relationship field to associate country level data to the entry.
