If yo have something like CPanel on your server, you can just back up your entire site (database, files, email and all) in one click, which is very handy.

Just go to this link and download this plug-in and install it. By this plug-in you can take back-up of your entire Wordpress website including database. Here its link - http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/backupwordpress/

Recommend the excellent XCloner plugin for WordPress. Backups files and database and can clone / move sites as well.

Depending on your host you can have the entire thing backup up on your server. Alternatively, there are plugins like backup buddy that can do it for your site.
