I know WSYIWYG, predefined website templates are not the “ultimate” option for great web designers like yourselves 
But I do need an acceptable, industry standard to offer some of my marketing clients. Design from the ground up, (Design, UX planning, coding) just isn’t an option for my small biz. So I’m asking for your recos on the best ways to go. Some things I’ve looked into are Wix, Squarespace and Adobe Muse. These offer some customization, so that’s good. Is there an awesome “go to” for you guys/gals?

There is also web-easy professional,
There are also a lot of web based website editors and hosts out there like 1&1.com or intuit websites.

Weebly is great. So is Yola. But you cannot get any databases. There is a basic forum, but not a full fledged one like vBulletin.
yes. i recommend weebly too. many are using that.
