Best place to add microdata?

on this site, what do you think is the best place to add the organizational microdata?

for instance, the address is in the sidebar widget. its also in the Contact Us page. and the town is also mentioned in the H1 on the homepage.

so if i want to make this site more search engine friendly for the town jersey city, what’s the best way to go about it?

please advise. thanks in advance.

It doesn’t matter where you put it but I would recommend putting it around H1 tags.

thanks. but does it matter if i have the same word tagged in multiple locations? for instance, what if i have the “Jersey City” in the H1 AND the sidebar tagged? will they penalize me, or just ignore one of the two?
