I need a shopping cart that will let you ship an item by itself and still and to the order discounts per category or category to another category not just the whole site and attributes have their own item numbers and retail log in and wholesale log in area. I’m using Zen Cart it just can’t do everything I need.
Trying to read your list of requirements is a bit like listening to someone speak under water. 
Perhaps make a list of the actual features you need, and make sure what you write is detailed enough to convey what’s needed.
