that’s easy – don’t blog anything that you did not write yourself

The other possibility is outsourcing, if someone don’t have a little talent to writing. Let others to write for you.
Copy - paste someone else’s work isn’t ‘writing’ and will cause serious (and avoidable) problems to you.

And if you have ordered text from a writer then you can search for one or two sentences what he delivered to check if he hasn’t just copied the text from somewhere else 
Or you just use copyscape for that.
