I bought your new NodeJS book in Epack on Thursday and I am unable to claim it, I just get the Login Error message.
I have the receipt with the order number and I have checked at Paypal that the payment is complete, and I have contacted email@example.com but still no joy.
I know this might not be the right place to post, but if someone from Sitepoint can please get back to me I would really appreciate it.

The forums are not directly connected with SitePoint, in that the people who can solve your problem don't necessarily visit here. I'll alert our Administrator, @HAWK, who will no doubt chase things up for you, but it might take a while as it's the weekend.
