try clicking on the link the right “All Coronado Condos”, does that page open up (with a scrollbar for you) It does for me but my friend says its buggy, but I cant replicate it.
Do you see the problem?

Did you happen to find out from your friend what “buggy” means to him? and what browser he is using? We really could use a little more information. What exactly can you not replicate?
Clicking “All Coronado Condos” doesn’t open a page, it opens a lightbox and displays a listing of some sort. Yes, the listing displays a vertical scroll bar.
Closing the lightbox by clicking on the gray backdrop seems to be inconsistent. Sometimes it closes, sometimes not. Depends on where one clicks. The right side always seems to work, the other 3 sides only sometimes. I’m testing with Firefox.
