I have been looking at buying a website, but i only started looking into this a few weeks ago so im very much learning.I think i have found a site thats of interest and is very much the sort of website i would like, but.I dont have a clue what i should be looking for,is it cosher?is it worth it?does it do what it claims?etc etc.
So how do i go about this,is there anyone that can help, perhaps have a look at it for me.As i have said its all new to me so sorry if the question is inappropriate.

There is a thread in the stickies you should read. http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/showthread.php?544976-Advice-for-Buyers It has links to other sources of information and will probably cover everything you need to know.

What you want to search for is information on how to do due diligence on a website. This page of mine may be a good place to start.
