Buying and Selling Websites, Domains, Designs and Hiring People?

Hey Sitepoint Members,

Been a long time since I’ve been here. But now I’m back, because I want to hire some people, but I just can’t find the forums for that anymore, could anyone point me in the right direction, or have they been deleted from Sitepoint?

If so, what are other places to hire people for Webdesign, Wordpress and Coding?
