Hey guys hows it going? Im new here but have been a fan of sitepoint for a while and their books have helped me out a lot.
I am developing my first wordpress theme, and I have gotten thus far using the wicked wordpress theme book from sitepoint.
I am however, at a point where I am going to need some advanced help.

The part I need help on is the featured posts slider at the top. I managed the widgets, the 4 latest articles area and now I just have to get that slider working.
Basically I want to set it up so any posts tagged “featured” will show up there, up to like 9 posts. Can anyone help me out with this?
If I need to post some code or add further info please let me know.
