I've a blog which is pr 3 and is active for more than a year. The niche is general, but it is hosted at blogspot.
So, can I sell it ?

The terms and conditions you signed up to when you started the blog do not allow for change of ownership AFAIK.

I don't think you have right to sell something which does not belongs to you, its free blog and you get to use it not to sell

No! The policy you agreed to when you signed up prohibits you from changing ownership. Googles policy:
- No Resale of the Service. Unless expressly authorized in writing by Google, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes (a) any portion of the Service, (b) use of the Service, or (c) access to the Service.
