This content is supposed to be centered, and all of a sudden it stopped working. No changes have been made in the code as far as I can tell.
It looks fine in other browsers still, just not IE.
Any ideas?

The code has changed. 
On line 1 of the HTML, some mysterious force inserted some comment marks at the start of line that IE does not like. Delete them.
[color=red]<!-- -->[/color] <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC ...
PS: It’s always useful to mention which version(s) of IE you are talking about. Each version of IE is like a whole different browser.
