Cgiemail submissions have extra characters inerted

My form submissions are coming though with additional characters that make it look like there are a lot of misspellings. For example:

Here is the input:
The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.

Here is the result:
Tequick broownn fox jumps over the lazy dog. The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.

What is happening here?

Is there any code that you can share? Have you modified the code in any way, is this the first time you are seeing this, or did it “just start happening”?

I never received a reply to my question and couldn’t find any information online. So, I switched to a different form processing script. This “just started happening” as the website has been up for a few years.

That’s odd. Well in any case moving off cgiemail is probably a good move :slight_smile:
