I had WordPress installed and running on a windows platform. Yesterday, i changed over to a Linix platform and now none of my permalinks are working (they all get a 404 page not found error). Do I need to reinstall WordPress on the Linix platform? If so, how do I preserve my 9 posts, etc?
The first thing to try is to go into Settings -> Permalinks and click Save Changes. This should update your htaccess and the rewrite rules cache.
