Changing Menu

I would like to change the menu/navigation on the wordpress theme I have purchased and was hoping someone could help me.

I want the menu that is on my www.avillafan.com website and to put it on my www.thefootball-league.com

Both are wordpress themes that have been purchased and edited by myself.

Any help would be much appreciated

you should be able to do it just by copy the css and making sure the name of the classes & id match.
