It certainly looks really cool and it looks like it takes less space than my desk with my two monitors, computer and playstation :smiley:

Not so sure about productivity but I give it a 10 for coolness :smiley:

OH, MAN!!! Too bad I don’t have a spare US$25,000 lying around.

… and I’m pretty sure the boss won’t okay an order for one. :frowning:

:slight_smile:

I fully understand you… I feel the same way :smiley:
Wonder if you could try it out somewhere :smiley:

This is the government we are talking about here. They throw money at everything.

Not my department, apparently. :frowning:

That’s a shame - I’m in charge of this certain project and I asked for some software I found online and I got it no questions asked. It wasn’t 25k though so not quite simliar to your situation :wink: .

Around here, if it isn’t “mission critical”, the odds of it being approved are slim or none. And any new software? It must be thoroughly researched and approved before you can get it, and then you have to have someone with admin rights install it.

That reminds me of this http://www.tamingdata.com/2010/07/08/the-project-management-tree-swing-cartoon-past-and-present/ (the cartoon with the trees about how the project is seen by different people)

I feel your pain. Same situation.

HILARIOUS!! (And, yet, sadly fairly accurate.)

There are 10 kinds of people in the world;
those who understand binary,
those who don’t,
and those who didn’t realize until now that this statement is in Base-3.
