Does anyone have the image describing the process about how people decide to code another framework? It was some cartoony image. Posted in some thread on here.

The premise was that 2 people talk and say they need to make a framework thats universal and the best, blah blah blah. Now the tottal framework count goes up by 1. Problem still not solved.

Not specifically about frameworks, but there is this XKCD comic
