I am using aptana for work in html +Css+javascript. but it lacks the 'predictive 'options we are all so used to. is there such for only jquery. Free ofcourse:)

I’m not sure what you mean by “predictive” options, TBH.
I use Komodo IDE quite a bit which has half-decent code-completion. It includes an API Catalog (for code completion) for jQuery 1.6.1, which gives the majority of jQuery’s methods.
(It has a free version too, Komodo Edit)
