Create form that stores member info in database?

Hi,

A client wants to create a web page that contains a membership form which stores the data in a database(he’s already purchased the database from Godaddy). Another page will be the member login form. He wants the username to be the email address they used to sign up.

What are your recommendations?

Unless you want to create your own script to manage this, I’d suggest looking for a membership script at http://www.hotscripts.com/category/php/scripts-programs/user-authentication/ or google “membership script” and take a look at some of the options.
