I was hoping you maybe able to offer suggestions for a customer service forum type service. Our goal is to try let our community help each other along with our customer support staff but we want to avoid the possible ***** sessions that can occur. We really like [Get Satisfaction but I am looking for alternatives. I even contacted the folks at [URL="http://stackexchange.com/"]StackExchange](http://getsatisfaction.com/) to see if they offer something similar but no such luck.
Out of interest, why not just have a forum? In regards to avoiding troublemakers, if you offer any form of publicly visible feedback, their going to get you either way.
Do what's in the best interests of your customers and getting them to talk about your product, a forum is going to ultimately be more suited to community involvement.
