As I submit the disavow link against a domain, specifically for the link only, does it affect the link or the whole site. Does Google treat the Whole Site as Spam, due to some Disavowed Links?
It’s your choice. You can choose to disavow an entire domain, sub-directory within a domain, or a specific page. Whatever you choose, Google will ignore the links in that area that point to your site. It doesn’t treat the entire page or domain as spammy, and it has no effect on links pointing to other sites.
