Div and Nesting in Ians Book

Hello to all.

In Ians book between pages 52 -55 when adding the div and nesting tags to the index.html page am I suppose to see a difference on the bubbleunder website when I refresh the browser? After adding the code I see no difference what so ever. Am I doing something wrong?

The next page explains that you aren’t suppose to see changes in the browser.
The “div elements make no visual difference at all”
so disregard.
