So it will use full for the traffic but the nofollow links is just tell the search engine to ignore this links so it won’t mind the no follow links. From no follow backlinks you will get only referral traffic. More People are doing some spam comments so some people make their website no follow. According to my concern do follow is best because you will get referral traffic and get crawled by search engine too.
