About me hmmm Currently I`m a back end developer, but transforming myself into a front end UI designer.
ve few doubt about programming. I never tried any frame works for building a CMS, but the fact is that ive developed around 10 -15 CMS with the basic php which i have learnt...
Do we need a frame work for the development.. because without frame work i can build a cms or any other web based application. what do you suggest??
Am doing in right way or its mandatory for me to use frame works.
NOTE: I Apologize, if you are not able to understand. Bcoz I`m not good in grammar so if you found any difficulty in reading this.

The question is really: is there a framework or CMS that does what you need it to do? That's the reason for using them. If there is, then you should use one. If there isn't, then you can build one (though honestly, there is little reason to build something completely from scratch nowadays).

i usually tried using frame works like joomla, wordpress, etc...
but found so complicate on using those for customizing... so i started building my own website with cms functionality... just by making the contents editable dynamically, creating new page, like the wordpress do...
but i got some serious doubts on my cms bcoz some suggesting to use frame works to create cms or crm functions.. like codeignitor, zend,...
but i dont want some ones frame work to guide my program..
i hope i`m clear now...???
