Iam clickatell customer beware about clickatell sms service. Once they billed from our account they leave us they did not give any support to us even mail responce also. If you choose credit card payment they are bothering us like we will be send a fax to their office about confirmation of our purchase until that they did not add funds to our accounts and no support and one important is if we have ready to send fax their fax also not responded properly so once we billed our amount is gone no use with this clickatell sms. Dont use clickatell. I hope you will understand. Their sms pricing also very high prices comparision than others. Still i don’t know why they are running sms service.
