I find that Stu Nichols has a consistently great selection of CSS menus and [url=“http://www.stunicholls.com/menu/index.html”]JavaScript menus
For the fading effect one, you’ll be looking at a JavaScript menu that you can modify in some way, perhaps through the use of jQuery.
