I have one old site and I totally redirect it to the new site, and after that it got hit by “Google Penguin”, I submit a Disavow link File, I just want to know is there any fact or theory that proves the effect on Disavow Links, Does Google treat it the normal disavow link and the 301 redirect disavow links similarly.
